Multi-residential real estate debt and equity lending platform in major cities across the United States, focused on providing all forms of bridge mortgage loans and joint venture capital.

Firm Capital Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust offers its registered unitholders the opportunity to participate in its Distribution Reinvestment Plan (the “DRIP”). The DRIP allows participants to have their quarterly cash distribution reinvested in additional units of Firm Capital Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust at the five-day weighted average price. Furthermore, unitholders registered in the plan will receive a right to purchase, at market, additional units provided that such investment is limited to US $12,000 per year and purchases per quarter of not less than US $3,000.
